Wow, I’m a little star struck here. I actually ran into Nick Cave at the 20th st gallery. I stopped by to see Nicks two shows “Made for Whites by Whites”, depicting racially charged pieces made from black memorabilia and “Rescue” which showcases pieces made from antique ceramic dogs.

Piano stool stands out for me since the stool in this piece comes from the Maudslay Estate in Newburyport, MA where we are from.
