Space is the Place—Great show at Joshua Liner Gallery featuring oil on linen by Michael Kagan which showcases man’s moments of triumph over nature’s limits captured through iconic imagery as seen to the left. Also noteworthy is a cool show by Aïda Ruilova at Marlborough Chelsea featuring a 25-foot wide projection of a digitally transferred Super-16mm film, a large-scale inflatable, and a group of cut-paper collages.
